Welcome to our international incident bulletin; a round up of any issues which may be affecting mail services to and from countries around the world.
Dispatch for orders within UK are now back to normal following the pandemic, although deliveries may be disrupted in some areas due to resourcing issues at some delivery offices.

Our normal Dispatch times (outside of any other disruptions) are as follows:
For UK and all EUROPEAN DESTINATIONS - please allow 7 - 14 days for receipt. Also be advised that ITALY & SPAIN can sometimes take a little longer.
For all WORLDWIDE DESTINATIONS - please allow at least 28 days for receipt.
Shipping Costs - are as displayed on the website and during the Checkout at the time of placing your order.
The option to add Registered/Signed For/Tracked service at an additional cost is still available for all destinations.
International orders do not include any VAT, Duty or Taxes and as such you may be liable for these charges as your order enters your country.
Shipping costs are calculated at the Checkout, before you confirm and pay for your order.
