Cyprus Stamps - changes to the Preliminary stamp issues list (July and September)
(July 31, 2019)So yes, just like every year - you will see there have been a few changes to the Cyprus Stamps issues list!

On 9th July 2019:
"Common issue with countries of Euromed (Euromed Postal)" "Costumes in the Mediterranean"
"75th Anniversary of the International Civil Aviation Organization" - moved to 10th September 2019
"70th Anniversary of Council of Europe" - moved to 10th September 2019
and
"20th Anniversary of EMS DATAPOST" - moved to 10th September 2019

On 10th September 2019 - changed from 18th September 2019:
"Cyprus Gymnastic Associations" - issued on 9th July 2019 and
"150 years of the birth of Mahatma Ghandi"
