    Available in Mint sets and on First Day Cover.

    Don't forget to look our for our very own "private" or unofficial FDC's. These are very collectable as only a handful of collectors still produce these since the postal services started to issue official FDC's.

  6. 2009 Best Europa Stamp Competition

    Vote for the Best Europa Stamp of 2009

    Web viewers are invited to participate to select their favourite EUROPA stamp which this year is on the theme ‘Astronomy’.

    Two persons picked out from those that have selected the winning stamp will be granted special prizes – a full set of the 2009 EUROPA stamp issues!


    Votes are open from 9 May until 8 August. The winning stamp will be announced on 8 October during PostEurop’s Plenary Assembly that will be held in Bled, Slovenia. So try your luck today!

    New 2009 - "XIII Games of the Small States of Europe" consisting of a set of 3 stamps.

    Also available in this issue are First Day Cover, Booklet and Sheets (still awaing images of the Booklet and prices/images for the sheets).

    "50th Anniversary of Cyprus Philatelic Society" consisting of 1 stamp (mini-sheet / souvenir sheet).

  8. Cyprus stamps 2009 Europa now out!

    Hi everyone!

    The 4th May Cyprus stamp issues have been duly collected from the post office and for those of you who placed pre-ordered, they are now making their way to you courtesy of Cyprus Postal Services....     Thank you for your support!

    For those of you who prefer to wait for the issues to be released. They are now available in our Shop under the shop category - 2000's.

    We will be replacing the images (taken from the post office official leaflet) with scanned images from the stamps, first day covers, booklets, sheets etc in the next day or so.

    Please also look out for our own "private" first day covers for the Cyprus 2009 Europa "Astronomy" and 2009 "Planet Earth" issues - coming soon!

    Don't forget - the next issue is due on 1st June
    " Cyprus 2009 XIII Games of the Small States of Europe".
